This pretty little basswood Hitty doll is jointed with elastic so she\'s easier to dress and pose (without breaking dowels!), but she stands and sits very well by herself. She was carved by Hitty artist Natalie Cooper (that\'s me) and is signed and dated. She comes wearing a dress inspired by Ancestor Hitty\'s \"library dress\" and crisp cotton pantalettes, both sewn by my good friend Robin C. Thanks for looking, and happy dolling!
