This is a rather hard-to-find and very niceconditon frame and bail, or carrying handle, for an American Gas Machine (AGM) Model101 lantern. It had light rusting on the top curve of the bail and,although ithas been removed, it is very slightly rough in that area. The frame is very nice also and has just a little staining on the floor pan. The red hue on the pan is reflection, not metal discoloration. As is, they are ready for your fine AGM lantern and could be polished/lightly sanded to bein even nicer condition.
