Up for sale is this Harry S. Truman coin. It is the size of a half dollar (pictured but not part of the offering). Front has Harry Truman, President Of The United States, Harry S. Truman. Back has the Capital, Inaugurated April 12, 1945, January 20, 1949. Clearly not from his inauguration as it has the dates of his term in office but a neat item all the same.Coin is in excellent shape and was part of a large set of coins given to me. It is inside what appears to be a sealed vacuum packed plastic holder that has \"US MINT\" on the edges. I think this shows up on the second scanned image. I trimmed the first to just the coin/token. I\'m not a coin or token collector so I don\'t really know what to expect as far as value (doesn\'t seem very rare but perhaps condition is better than most) so I am offering it first as an sale item. I took a bunch of pictures -- the first two are scans from my printer as I had trouble photographing the item.While I do not collect these types of items, I am a comic book collector (among other things)-- so I fully understand the importance of shipping items safely.
