This is an older Heathkit HP-23A power supply. These are good supplies and can be used with a variety of radios but are most commonly used with the HW and SB Heathkit transceivers. This one has a switch-selected high voltage output so that it is more versatile.
I do not have a manual for this power supply but they are readily available on and elsewhere on the Internet.
Cosmetically, this power supply is what I would call decent but not great. The power cord is in good shape. I have not tested this power supply but it appears to be complete and in decent shape but could use some cleaning. It seems to have all of the original components. See the photographs for details of the condition. I suspect that this power supply works (but cannot guarantee it) but that some if not all of the electrolytic capacitors should be replaced.
This would make a good project for restoration/refurbishment but I simply do not have time for that any more.
Look carefully and offer wisely.
