SELLING:For this sale/sale is a Hickok 539A tube meter. The mutual conductance meter does not work. It needs repair or for parts. Most parts are in there, including carrying case and folder of extra tube charts and schematic. Check pictures. What you see is what you will get. This tube tester was working when I purchased it many years ago. Unfortunately due to, perhaps, storage problem and the meter went faulty and needle would not move.
