This is a HICKOK model 540 tube checker is poor condition. Its all there and I tested it on a few tubes about a year ago and it was working. After testing it I cut the line cord as it was very brittle.The cabinet looks worse then it is. The canvas cover was eaten by roaches for many years. The wooden case is still solid and has no loose seams. The handle also has long ago fallen apart, the hinges are rusted as well.The inside appears to be in decent condition, the panel has no paint loss and only has a few scratches.The whole thing needs to be cleaned and if you remove thew rest of the black canvas it could be painted black and look decent.Returns will be accepted if you are not happy with it but you pay the return shipping.This is a very heavy item weighing in at almost 25 pounds.
