This comes from the estate of a ham radio operatior and collector who also built radio stations in the western Pennsylvania area. It is a rare, high quality Harris RF 505A Communications Receiver. It looks like it was a panel mount, likely obtained from radio station somewhere. This is a premium quality commercial fully synthesized general purpose 10khz to 30Mhz HF Receiver. Modular construction made from 1974-1981. Features included, ISB, USB,LSB,AM & CW modes, preselector, noise blanker, squelch and dual function meters. This one is in very nice cosmetic condition . I have the power cord, but no manuals. It powered up, but I didn't have an antenna to connect or test any of the functions. Heard static in the speaker. Otherwise it is untested. Being sold AS IS, but guaranteed not DOA.
