This is a used Hobart tenderizer

Model 403

It has been tested and works great - it is fully functional

Ideal for any meat that needs a little tenderness

It does show signs of wear, but it does not affect it\'s performance

A few of the inside fan blades are cracked and are missing some of the blade but has no affect on the fan

Comes with 2 front stripper combs (B & F size)

The cord is intact with no cuts or exposed wires

The translucent guard allows the operator to view the product being processed

Lift out unit frame for easy cleaning

The interlock system won\'t feed if the guard or motor housing is not in place

Designed to accommodate a pan for holding the prepared product

The motor is ½ HP, enclosed and fan cooled

It has been cleaned but will need to be sanitized

This a sturdy, reliable machine and is worth every penny!
