Click on “see all details”. The information in the calculator is the responsibility of the seller, not . Only USPS options are offered. Price is based on USPS rates (service, size, weight, and destination), plus seller’s handling fee of about $2 domestic, $3 international.
UPS will be quoted on request, but will include a higher markup. That is because it requires me either to pay a pickup fee or take the package into town. (My rural post office is close by.)
Errors in Listing:
Sorry, but they can happen. I have included information left over from a previous listing, wrong pictures, typos in the descriptions and in the info provided for shipping calculation. So if something does not look right, PLEASE email asking me. I will correct errors promptly if possible, and explain if no change is made.
If you discover an error in the listing AFTER receiving your item, I will make it right if you let me know right away.
Complaint Department:
If there is a problem with your purchase – broken, not working, parts missing, etc. – you must let me know within three or four days of receiving it. Please be as specific as possible, and give me a couple of days to get back to you with my proposed solution. Note: Posting the problem as response is not what I mean. You have the right to complain to or to Paypal, but resolution tends to be more satisfactory to the buyer if you work directly with the seller FIRST.

USPS does not generally scan each package at each step of its handling, but USUALLY gets it scanned at major sorting centers, and ALMOST ALWAYS at delivery. So detailed info is not necessarily available while in transit.
Photo Quality:
Most of the photos in my listings are the actual item, and as representative of the item as I could make them. If you want additional photo details, ask via email, but I need your actual email to respond ( won’t send attachments). Color tint and intensity may not be accurate, due to difference in monitors and my photographic skill level.
Occasionally I use stock photos. Generally this indicates that the real thing looks just like the stock photo unless I say otherwise. I will NOT show a misleading photo deliberately.

So anything less than “all 5 stars” in the secret part of the ratings is equivalent to leaving a NEGATIVE.
Local Pickup: I do allow local pickup, but charge a fee. Fee is charged only the first time for a buyer; no charge on purchases after that. If I recognize an address as “local” I will include this option in your invoice. If not, just ask and I will revise your invoice.
