Hot Wheels 454 Locomotive Engine & Freight Car From The Deluxe World Train Set 1998. The train was tested and the Headlight works great and the Wheels turn freely. Because this process means I have to stand in line at the Post Office twice (once to get the costs and once to mail the package) I do add a modest $4 charge for international shipmentsInsurance for overseas shipments IS VERY EXPENSIVE.
