These are plans for building a full size BBQ smoker with trailer. Whether you plan on getting into the BBQ catering business or you can scale it down for backyard use on those summer holidays. All that is required is basic welding (or have a friend that has a welder) and assorted hand tools. The smoker is built from two propane tanks that can be obtained cheaply or even free from a dealer (tanks that no longer pass inspection). Trailer components can be obtained from your local wrecking yard or even garage sales/Craigslist. Misc. bar and angle steel is readily available from your local welding supply.
