(leather is a little dry) Pages are all equally tanned. Tissue guards for plates. A very nice presentation of an important work compiled and printed at or right after the author\'s death in 1928. The whole shows only very slight shelf and edge wear, with a hint of soiling to page edges. The book does show some damage small water stain on intro page that is blank and a few intro pages bent and a small 1/2 inch tear. in the 1st few pages please see photos. The book came from a reference library . As these books were sold unbound you will see many different kinds of bindings on these books..This book was a limited printing of 900 .
