Folding design allows the M-1 to operate as a 39”x46” heater or as a 78\"x23” heater (for joints). The unit has a handle with 8 heat-resistant wheels.
The M-1 asphalt heater heats up and softens the surface of asphalt so that it can be re-worked and re-compacted. The system uses highly efficient infrared heaters which softens the asphalt to original mixing temperatures in 5 -10 minutes, making repair quick and economical.
