This is a scalped Nazi head from the movie.

In the film, Lt. Aldo Raine (Brad Pitt) leads a unit of soldiers who use the fighting style of the Apache Indians to surprise Nazi units, killing them and taking their scalps.

This bust is made of silicone crafted over Styrofoam (or urethane foam, so I\'m told). The scalp is missing and the Styrofoam (urethane foam) is showing at the top, painted blood red, to resemble a bloody cranium. The head features hand-punched hair and eyebrows. It measures about 16\" x 13\" x 10\" and is in great condition.
