We ship fully insured via FedEx, UPS, USPS.
We will ship with your account if requested.
Large / heavy items will ship freight (tractor trailor), which will be noted in the listing.
All damaged or wrong items must be reported immediately upon receipt.

I send tracking numbers on all shipped items. SHIPPING & HANDLING to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and International locations: Most products shipped within 7 days of receipt of payment, unless otherwise noted.
We normally ship USPS Priority, or Priority International, which is estimated at 6-10 days, but may take longer.
Large / heavy freight items will not be shipped, unless you are willing to pay all associated shipping costs.

I open all factory packaging to ensure item is complete and in good order prior to shipping outside the Continental USA.
All International buyers are responsible for any and all import fees and taxes. All items will be marked actual value on customs forms. RETURNS: New Returns: We have a full 30 day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund. Contact us for authorization prior to returning any items. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Once we receive your returned item(s) we will issue a refund using the same payment method that you purchased with.

Warranty Claim Returns: Devil Dog Tools will honor all warranty claims in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranties & policies. Devil Dog Tools will not be responsible for items returned as broken or warranty claim that are refused by the manufacturer due to abuse.

Tool Boxes / Freight Items: Returns are not practical due to the cost of return shipping. I’ll be happy to refund if you want to pay return freight. The manufacturer will handle all warranty claims. Please call me immediately if you have problems. We’ll work something out 866-602-6892.

OBD diagnostic tools may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We are not a tool rental business. In other words; you can’t buy an OBD scanner, fix your car then return it. I think that’s fair.

I have a large selection of tools and equipment. If I don't have it, you don't need it.
