A full size original Italian W.W.1 VictoryMedal, Official Type 2. Designed By: G. Orsolini. Manufactured By: S. Johnson-Milano. Die sinker\'s name, \"G Villa\", on the reverse in raised letters. Medal in very good condition and swing mounted for display.

The Italian Victory Medal was established by Royal Decree No. 1918 of 16 December 1920, but was not issued until 1922. The Victory Medal was awarded to Army and Navy personal for service between 24 May 1915 and 2 August 1920.
