ITEM DESCRIPTION:Antique J&G Meakin White IRONSTONE China GRAVY BOAT,circa 1890. Made in England at the Hanley Pottery.
Excellentcondition: no cracks or chips! A few surface scratches. Looks as though it has seen very little use.Marked on bottom: "IRONSTONE CHINA, J&G Meakin,\ HanleyENGLAND," with coat-of-arms. (this mark dates the piecefrom about 1890.)
