2003John Deere 110 TLBin GREATcondition, privately owned machine- NOT a rental or a construction tractor. Bought originally at RDO Equipment in Southern CA, and was used in an orchard, then came to Southern AZ and has been a ranch tractor, so it hasn\'t had heavy use, no bends, broken welds/weld repairs, etc- this machine has had a very easy life. This is the handiest tractorever made in my opinion, it\'s big enough to do anything I\'ve ever needed, but you can still haul it with a 3/4 ton pick-up on a 20\' trailer. The backhoe is easily removed and you can add lOTS of other attachments, it has a 3-point hook-up,and rear PTO so you can throw a gannon on it, brush hog, etc. It\'s four wheel drive and has a hydrostatic transmission, VERY easy to operate. I do NOT know the actual hours on it. The hour meter is digital, it has always lit up and comes on, but reads 28 hours, and has for years according to the previous owner. Between myself, the previous owner, and the shop that has done repair/maintenance on it- the \"estimated\" hours on it are somewhere around 3000-3500, that\'s just our best guess though. It is a VERY reliable machine, starts/runs/operates as it should. I have receipts for the most recent maintenance (fluids, filters, etc were just changed on 7-31-14) and a major service was done on 8-15-14 (cost was over $3600) and they went through it and checked operations afterward, itperformed to specand is ready to go to work. I would be happy to scan/email the receipts to you so that you can see everything that was done, maint/repairs have been done at \"Stotz Equipment\" in Casa Grande, AZ. The tires are in decent shape, maybe 60% on the front and 50% on the rear, it\'s hard to tell with the rears because they\'re a \"turf\" style tire and didn\'t have a lot of tread to begin with, the orchard had them put on, and I thought I would change them, but never have because they work fine for what I use it for and they don\'t tear up my grass, they are a little dry though. I store it under an awning by my shop, so it\'s not in the weather and only sees the early morning sun, the previous owner stored it in a barn for a good part of its life as well. I love everything about this backhoe, but I had to buy a full-size machine for my \"pond project\", so this guy needs a new home.
