This is a 1985 John Deere 318 Tractor which runs perfect. It has 1009 original hours. The original Onan engine was replaced with an 18 hp Briggs approximately 250 hours ago. Instead of rebuilding the original, I decided to go with a more modern option. Tractor has a 46\" mower which has new blades and newer belts. All the spindles are tight. I do not have the belt covers for the deck. PTO clutch was changed with the engine. The vac system is a John Deere tilt dump with a 5 hp Honda GC 160 engine for the fan assist. It also runs perfectly. The vac pins on the rear of the machine. The mower boot was from a 60\" deck, but it works wth no problem. The snowplow is a 54\" full hydraulic plow, which functions as it should. The suitcase weights hang on a bracket which fits the front or rear of the mschine, to counterweight the vacuum, or provide weight for plowing. The tires are not weighted. This is a true 4 season machine that\'s rsady to go to a new owner. I have manuals for the tractor and vac. The only downside is that the paint is all original, and is worn. Mechanically it\'s ready to go. We\'re sending it off because our business bought anew machine, and we don\'t need to maintain our house with this anymore.
