This was 100% functional when on my tractor. That being said, this is sold \'as is\' with absolutely no warranty. All mounting parts were removed from the tractor by a JD dealer. All mounting parts are there to my knowledge - but there is absolutely no warranty on that either. If you don\'t know what you are buying here, or whether it fits your tractor, or etc - buy a new one from your local JD dealer at 2-3 times the cost.
