Here is a John Deere 375 Skid Steer.It starts and runs excellent. It is a 1991 model, which was the last year of the good ones made. It says it has 1,528 hours on it, but I have been using it and the hour meter hasn\'t moved, so Idon\'t think the hour meter works. It starts up without being plugged when it is 0 degrees outside. If it is 10 or 20 below zero, then you will need to have it plugged in for about 45 minutes before you start it. It has an overhauled Yanmar 3 cylinder diesel engine in it that has less than a year of use on it. My neighbor that bought it new said he spent $3,000.00 having it overhauled and never ran it even a year before. He bought a brand new skid steer and that is why I got this. It comes with the 41\" bucket and tine forks. It is hydrostatic drive so it has really good ground speed. It turns either direction with no hesitation. The seat sits about 6-8\" lower than other skid steers, such as a Bobcat 371, Rounder L-600, or Case 1816B. So, itdoes\'t feel like it wants to tip. It is a powerful little machine. It sure liftsa lot for its size. I have a video of it in action. It is probably going to have more hours on it when you receive itbecause I am going to be using it everyday until it sells. The battery and belt are brand new. It also has a brake so that you can get out of the machine and it won\'t go anywhere. If you raise the bucket up in the air all the way, there is a lever you can pull so the arms and bucket won\'t fall on you. The cylinder doesn\'t appear to leak anywhere. I am sure there are no leaks. The bucket has a couple of rust holes that can easily be patched. It also comes with the tine forks and that is probably what you will use most of the time. SHIPPING

We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays!! If you reside in South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, most of Nebraska, and parts of Missouri, your item will be shipped via Spee Dee Delivery at a much lower cost. You will need to contact us prior to purchase to make sure you are eligible for Spee Dee Delivery services. We also utilize UPS shipping when the item is too large to be shipped via USPS. If an item needs to go on a pallet, we will ship the item via YRC Freight. When using this freight company, the item will be delivered to a pick up terminal closest to you or to a business with a loading dock and/or a forklift. They do not do residential deliveries. For the freight shipments, you will need to provide us with information such as your name, address, telephone number, and whether the item will be shipped to a business or to a pick up terminal. YRC Freight will call you when your item has arrived at the pick up terminal or, when using a business, they will contact you and let you know the approximate time of the delivery.
DELIVERY AND TRACKING INFORMATION
When we ship out your item, you will be provided with a tracking number. Please keep in mind that there may be delays in shipping due to circumstances that are beyond our control. When this happens, we will for sure contact you and make you aware of the situation. Keep in mind that once the item is shipped, the shipping company is responsible for that package. If issues arise, we will do our best to help you track the package, change delivery of the package, or have the package shipped back to us. In these cases, we are limited to what we can do. However, we will do our best to assist you in any way possible to ensure the delivery of the package.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
If your PayPal and address is not updated and a package gets sent out to the wrong address, it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for return shipping and shipping back to the correct address. Please make sure that your PayPal and address is up to date to avoid conflict in the shipping process.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEM?
If you received your item damaged, please contact us via and we will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. In this circumstance, please take pictures as we will need them for proof of the damage. We will gladly work with you to resolve the problem. In the instance that your item is lost, please make us aware of the situation and we will help track down your package. If your item is unable to be located, we will send you a replacement item or issue you a full refund.
SALES TAX
If you reside in the state of South Dakota, there will be a 4% sales tax fee. This fee will be applied to the sale price of the item. The sales tax fee will also be applied when performing a local pick up.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Our shipping and handling fee includes the cost of shipping, packing materials, etc. Our handling fee is already added into the shipping cost. Our shipping and handling charges are stated on each listing, unless it is a freight item. In that case, you will need to contact us for a shipping quote.
NON-PAYMENT
When you purchase and item, please keep in mind that you have 3 days to pay. After those 3 days, if payment has not been received, we will contact and file a non-paying buyer complaint. When the case is closed for non-payment, you will be added to our blocked list and will be unable to purchase items from us.
PAYMENT
Payment is required within 3 days of purchase. If you need us to send you an invoice so you are able to pay for the item, we will immediately do so. Upon payment, your item will be shipped out within 2 business days.
CUSTOMER PICK UP
We do allow customer pick up. Please keep in mind that there will be a 4% sales tax fee assessed at the time of pick up. Customer pick up hours are 9:00-5:00 Monday through Friday by appointment only. We will allow pick up on Saturdays and Sundays, but you must call in advance.
GUARANTEE
All of our parts our guaranteed, unless otherwise stated. Our guarantee is that you will get the part you see in the picture and will be just as described in our description. REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Original shipping charges will not be refunded on returned parts. Please keep in mind that the refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the item.
