This is a lovely and charming mid-century Johnson China Co. #294 mantle clock with a movement by Sessions. It was made in the USA c.1950\'s and features a scalloped top, a beautiful glaze, pink, a green and blue floral motif, and gold-tone highlights. It measures approx. 7 1/4\" high x 7\" wide x 2 1/4\" deep, and has an old fashioned two prong plug. I tested it and it works well and keeps great time.

This mantle clock would make an awesome addition to any home\'s decor or mid-century collection, and would make a great gift, too! It would also make an interesting & decorative conversation piece. The pictures above show the condition of the actual item you will receive, as I don\'t use stock photography.

This clock is in great condition! It shows expected wear consistent with age in that the glass is a bit yellowed, and there is overall crazing throughout the glaze. Other than that, there are no chips, cracks, scratches, marks or stains that I can see. Basically, it looks as it does in the photos.

While I have done my best to accurately describe this item, please keep in mind that antiques and vintage items inevitably show their age in many ways... which just adds to their beauty! Please also bear in mind that vintage mechanical clocks require normal periodic servicing and oiling.
