Anything under5 lbs will ship via Fedex Smartpost, which means Fedex will carry to the local USPS office, and they will deliver from there. Fedex Smartpost can ship to PO boxes. Please keep in mind that these items will reach their final destination via USPS. Items small enough to fit in a bubble mailer will ship USPS.
