Thisamplifier is nearly perfect cosmetically and operates perfect electrically on all supported bands and modes. It has two barely noticable scratches on the side.
When i bought this on about 8 years agoI was drawn to its lovely new looking cosmetic condition. During my watch it has not deteriorated a bit ! I was also drawn to the fact that it came with two brand new in the box Eimac 3-500\'s as spares. about two years ago I turned on the amp and heard arcing. Immediately turned it off and put in the new tubes. Turned it on and walla.. no arcing and operation fully restored !I probably should not have bought this because its likelyI have used it less than 15 hours since I bought it. And less than two hours since I put in the New 3-500 Eimac tubes. The amp comes with essentially brand new tubes ! My bird confirms full spec\'d power.
The TL-922A amps arevery friendly.. tunes quickly and behaves well.. meaning it\'s stable.
Reason for sale? moving to AR. Trying to reduce the number of things to move. Also, there are CC&R problems that will impact my use of this there.

The Amp is available for pick up [no shippng charge] or shipped UPS ground to the 48 contigous states. Weighs 68 lbs. [ likely 75+ lbs packaged ] I will remove the tubes and ship them separately well packaged. Not knowing the exact cost of shipping [which is destination dependent} I am charging a flat 125.00 to ship the amp and the tubes separately. I will also incur a cost of about $50-60 for 2 inch polyfoam sheets ** to protect the bottom, top, sides and front & back]. I just got a sample cost to ship to AR from CA on the UPS website. It was 75.00. i estimate shipping the tubes will be about 15.00. You can quickly see that I am not making any money on the shipping nor is there any intent to. I\'m just trying to make this easy on me and for you with a known fixed price [ 1400 + 125 = 1525 ]. Please send$1525.00 to paypal and your job ends and mine begins !
Finding a nicer TL-922A will be like finding a needle in a haystack ! Trust me, look at my score and reputation.. you will like this !
