Original listing as follows: This is a very nice Kenwood TS-820S HF Hybrid transceiver. Cosmetically, I\'d rate this one a 9of 10 - the cabinet hasthe usual scratches and scrapesbut looks pretty good. Some minor scrapes around the top and sides of the front panel, otherwise the front panel and controls are invery goodcondition. This onealso hasthe optional CW filter installed. The radio receivesand transmits very well.It puts out a solid 100 watts on all bands from160 metersthrough 15meters, on 10 meters it puts out between 70 and 90 watts.(photos show 80, 20, and 10 meters - readings were taken in \"CW\" position). The digital display is flaky on 10 meters - it works fine on the other bands, and I believe that two of the 10 meter heterodyne crystals, (28.5 and 29.0), are not correct for those bands. I\'ve used this rig on 80, 40, and 20 meter sideband with no issues and excellent signal reports. I added a pigtail on the aux plug for keying an amplifier. This sale includes the radio, the AC power cord, a generic hand mic, anda copy of theoperating manual.This is a 35+ year old radio and is therefore being sold \"AS IS\".
