Amp from silent key shack. I have tested with Vhf radio and seems to be working condition. 

Alinco Dr 135 used in test with Bird and 250 slug.

On 145.52 high showed 125, medium showed 125, and low showed near 50 output.

On 147.52 high showed near 150, medium showed near 150, and low showed near 50.

Please note the connector on back is Motorola type. The red power cable is taped where a fuse may have existed but not available with this device. Also note some scratches but not too bad.
