This is a used 11\" Kostov series motor. It was pulled from an electric pickup truck. I drove it for 12,500 miles and loved every mile. I have moved onto another EV conversion and no longer need this motor.

It is a great motor and will serve you well.

Ratings:

280 Amps continuous.

96V can handle 120V without any problems.

A brushed DC motor delivers tons of power and mind-blowing torque. They are a great choice for an ICE to EV conversion.

27 horsepower continuous but will do 100+ peak hp.

Weight: 178+ lbs. Probably over 200 lbs with transmission and shaft adapter.

The motor mount is custom made and home-made. The weld job has held great and has not given me any problems.

Also included is the universal transmission adapter and 2 kinds of shaft couplers. A clutched transmission adapter and a clutchless one. Both work well though I prefer the clutchless one because it has a lower mass that is spinning. Both adapters match a Toyota Pickup standard transmission.

The only issue about this motor is the shaft itself. The key-way fell out and kind of tore things up inside. I repaired it and it works but the shaft and matching (clutchless) adapter look ugly. Both still mate up and work but they just don\'t look as pretty/shiny anymore.

Because of my less than beautiful weld job and ugly looking key-way on the motor shaft, I am letting the whole lot go for cheap.Due to the weight of the item (over 250 lbs with both shaft adapters), freight will be a flat $150 for delivery to a dock. For a residential delivery, freight will be $195.
I will cover the other half of the freight costs.
