SORRY that my pictures of the horn are not on the listing yet…..having technical difficulties!! IF you are viewing this listing and the pics are of the Kruspe horn, then I FINALLY got it fixed!! Working on it……
This is a beautiful, professional-level instrument. I have used it as my primary horn in my orchestra job for the past several years. It plays freely with a gorgeous, warm sound. Formerly owned and played by a member of the Boston Symphony Orchestra, it was made in the 1960’s and has had the valves recently done by George McCracken. There are several small dings and dents, but none that affect its playability. I use an Alexander hand strap, and that is what the mounting peg in the photographs is for. The case is a well-padded fiberglass shell with shoulder strap. Anyone who knows horns knows theexquisite quality of Kruspe horns and they also understand that these horns are no longer made.
Shipping is set at $125 which must be added to sale offer. Horn will be shipped INSURED. The shipping fee of $125 is my best estimate, and I will be willing to refund any shipping overpayment once item is shipped and exact shipping cost is known. Payment must be submitted via Paypal within 3 days of sale end.
