Additional Insurance can be purchased if requested before payment is made. No P.O Boxes for larger items more then a 5 pounds. At times, depending on the size of the package and the State you live, on a rare occasion we may have it shipped from one of our warehouses across the United States to get it to you faster!

We will accept returns on items that have NOT been opened or used. Items must be returned to us within 7 days of the date you received the item in the same packaging as we used to ship it to you. There is a 20% restocking fee based on your purchase price. Refund process will take 3-5 business days. Shipping is not refundable. If you are returning a product for repair warranty work, you are responsible for all shipping and tracking cost to us. All returned products MUST be authorized by us, you must contact us for a Return Authorization number before you ship the returned item. Once your product reaches us, we will either repair the product or issue you a new item at our technicians recommendations, usual turn around is 10-17 days after we receive the item to get the item back to you. If you have any questions, we'll be glad to help and we'll make it as easy as possible for you.
