Reference 3139 was available in two case sizes, mid-sized 29mm and a the much larger 31mm size.
The dial of this watch is interesting as it has a typical “military-type” layout, with large clear luminous Arabic and baton markersThis clearly was the reason for the name “Army” on the dial.This watch is illustrated in “Rolex, Collecting Wristwatches”, by Osvaldo Patrizzi, 2001 Edition, p. 105
