This is brand new--it was purchased directlyfrom a doll store and it has never been removed from the box. Itstillhad the double knot in the ribbon when I opened the tissue paper to take pictures. In fact, I did not removethe straps on the feet that attached the doll to the box. She is in pritine conditiion--as I statedbefore she is brand new and never opened.
All purchases are sold AS-IS. Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the transaction. Any returns must be returned in original condition with all accessories and shipping box(if used). A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all items returned that are as described and are returned due to buyer remorse. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. I ship USPS unless other arrangements are made. I do not add extra charges for tape, boxes, or packing material. Shipping charges have changed in the past months and are very complicated now. Not only is weight a factor but also the size of the package and the distance to the destination play into the final cost of shipping. I send dolls in the box wrapped in extra heavy craft paper. This saves you on shipping cost. If you want the box put in a shipping box, extra charges would be added to the shipping cost due to the extra weight. Please email me for the actual shipping quote to you before offerding to avoid any misunderstanding.
All dolls are shipped priority shipping unless different shipping is requested. Priority Shipping automatically insures each package for loss or damage during shipping for $50.00. Economy shipping provides no insurance. Any additional insurance is the responsibility of the buyer and must be requested prior to purchasing.
