To start our gorgeous RM999 M Classic Series off, we chose to make our body of solid As or Mahogany and leave it natural so the beautiful grain of the wood shines through. Of the 20 guitars that I now own(from MM EVH\'s, Parkers, ESPs, Steinbergers, Taylors, Suhrs, etc.), all ofwhich are $1,500.00 plus - both of the RWGs I\'ve owned stack up equally in fit,finish, sound and playability. I\'ve been retired for about 15 years now (stillplaying but not recording), but recently, through a lot of coaxing by friendsand fans have started recording again, and intend to use my RWGs with the restof the lineup.
Simply stated, the RWG guitars are the best valuedollar for dollar that you can find. Period. My $%^# has spent more time inrepair than in my home. Yes, I have rarely purchased any guitar valued for lessthan $1,500.00 - until I saw RWG. I tried one and went out and immediately boughta second. I let a friend - a working musician and devout Fender guy - try oneof my RWGs. He loved it so much he wanted to buy it on the spot. I gave it tohim and it became his main working guitar. He immediately purchased a secondRWG and will continue to buy more (as I will). If that doesn\'t tell you whatyou need to know about these instruments then - well - you may be a littlethick.
For working musicians there isn\'t a better value tobe found.
You can spend a huge amount more, but you won\'t finda better value. Ever.
