The minifigures have been removed carefully from the bags. Includes everything else, the Phoenix fire temple, the sabertooth vehicle, the instructions, and the sticker sheet. 

Legos have never been assembled, still in original numbered bags. 

Due to shipping costs, the box is not included. The box is shown in the photograph to show that it is a new and sealed item, but again, the box is not included.
