Lemax\'s Porcelain Lighted House Ebenezer\'s Apartment. This house is used but in excellent condition. There is a white spot (see picture) on roof end. Look like a chip but is smooth maybe not painted to end. That is the only mark on house.The house comes with cord that has on - off switch. Measurements are approx. 8 3/4 H x 6 1/2 L x 2 1/4 W. This will be shipped in original box. Box is in good condition. There are marks on it from wear and storage(see pictures). If there are any questions about house or box please contact me.
