Lenco 75-78 in lubricant working turntable bearing and spindle - same as before, only the laser surface engraving(first 3 photos).
Information about the product: bearing’s body is made out of bronze, the bronze rewinding cap has a bearing ball made out of chromed steel that works with the bearing black silicon nitride ceramic balls (Si3N4) G5 quality(the photo shows zirconium oxide ZrO2 balls, this is the same G5 quality as Si3N4) inserted in the spindle. This way the axial friction is reduced greatly. Also, this time, the bronze used for the body of the bearings cost me more than last time. The cap closes hermetically with the o-ring (special rubber ring) put on the bearing’s body. There is a lubricant topping place (screw) at the top of the bearing body. The system is completely hermetic, the spindle and bush keeps working in the lubricant at all times. In the original bearing, the liquid lubricant would run through the plastic cap.
Bush series ISBSF, new technology expandable bushes, made out of steel and coated in high quality friction resistant Teflon mixed with coal. These bushes can work both lubricated and dry. Spindle axis is made out of chromed steel, heat treated HRC57-59, smoothened and polished. The cone is ideal and perfect, thus always stays in place. The bearings are always in the lubricant and does not require any maintenance. Bearing body height is 80mm; when inserting it into the original frame, you have to drill a 30 – 40mm deep hole, and you might need to add higher rubber feet on the bottom frame if the springs are old. Compatibility and PTP chassis.
Teflon has a really good slide coefficient, the ball to ball system and works with a small axial sliding load and always in the lubricant, but in order to see and experience this, the bearing has to work for at least 50-100 hours.
Note:During the shipping, the items are turnedsideways, I would recommend you to check the amound oflubricant in the bearing, becausewhileit lies horizontally, there could be slightlubricant dripping through the upper bush. The bearing stands vertically in the turntable, so there is nowhere for the lurbicant to go. The lurbicant is synthetic oil 5W30 Mobil type. You can also use a mineral-base, semi-synthetic, fuly synthetic oil.
