Antique Continental Bisque Porcelain Statue Figure of a Troubador.
Most likely French This fantastic bisque porcelain sculpture of a Troubador is from mid 19th to early 20th century. The bisque figure is dressed in 18th century garb and is modeled with one foot forward. It comes from a collectors estate. Statue measures a tall 15 1/4 inches. Marked and Numbered on the bottom.The figure is hand painted in colorful pastels with fine details, wonderful facial expression, and raised enamel work.In excellent, near-pristine condition with no chips, cracks or repairs.Please look closely at the high resolution pictures as they are most of my description.
