Maintenance Car with Searchlight were specialty cars used to clean up train derailments as well as for tunnel,catenary and track construction. The searchlight can be tilted up to 220 degrees and swiveled 180 degrees. An adjustment knob allows the searchlight to be raised 1 3/8 inches. Power is supplies by 2 1.5V batteries located in the tool box. The work platform rotates and the cabin is equipped with interior lighting. This model has metal wheels rather then plastic. It is a total of 81/2 inches tall. Stored in original box.
