- It seems as though the theft of packages from porches is on the rise. If your item is less than $75 and you want to add ‘signature upon delivery’ for an add\'l $2.20 let me know and I will send you a revised invoice. If your purchase is more than $75, and you want to add ‘signature upon delivery’, I will add it at my expense if you request it at check out. I can not be held responsible for items that have \'Confirmation of Delivery\' by the shipping provider but that you claim you did not receive, so although it is more of a hassle for you to have to sign for the package, it will protect you from loss.

- Most of my items come from estate sales, yard sales, thrift shops, etc., and although my house is non-smoking, I do not know if the source of items was a non-smoking house. That said, I generally do not purchase items that smell of smoke.

-Please note that many of my items are posted as ‘used’, and as such may have some surface dirt from normal use. I do inspect and note condition items that I see.
