Shipping
Live Plants are shipped on Monday thru Thursday. Some plants have delayed shipping which will be noted in the ad. If you want delayed shipping please give us the ship datewhen paying. Hirt's Gardens is proud ofit's history of growing and selling healthy plants for over 85 years. We skillfully grow our plants in our greenhouses in northeastern Ohio.
Customer Service
Problems must be reported to us within 15 days of receiving the product. You must include proof of purchase, plus complete the return form included in the package. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the incorrect product was sent or received damaged or defective. Your money will be refunded in the same manner it was paid. You can also send us a picture of the damaged or defective product. Hirt's is one of Ohio's oldest horticultural establishments, founded in 1915 by Samuel Hirt.
