All knives aresold AS IS. I do not grade them because the system is a little arbitrary and I don\'t have any mint vintage knives anyway. My husband keeps these. I am learning more aboutthem every day, but certainly would not call myself an expert. I do my very best to describe each knifeaccurately, but if you have questions, please ask before offerding – or feel freeto offer your expertise. I’m always gladto learn more.

Collectingknives has really become popular in the last 20 years and my husband has joinedthis group. We like to hunt forinteresting ones at sales and estate sales from which most of these arefound.

My goal is tomake you happy with your entire experience. As a school principal I usedto deal with people’s children. Now Ijust deal with their “junk.” It’s a lotless stress. I love to treasure hunt atsales, yard sales, and thrift stores for items that intrigue me and I hopewill be a treasure to you. Almost allthe items in my store are used. Some arelabeled vintage, which really means ~ of a certain period. Some items are easy to date because they aremarked or can be accurately traced to a manufacturing time period. After research, I do my best to date theitems I can.

~ CONDITION ~

The firstpriority is to honestly describe every item for sale. I inspect each treasure carefully, sometimestry to clean it up, then photograph it to show any condition issues. Sometimes photos don’t show the details orcolor well enough, and I am not a good photographer, so I will note everycrack, scrape, missing part or wear issue I have found. If you find that your purchase is notprecisely as you understood it to be, I will accept almost all returns (unlessotherwise stated on particular items) if you notify me within five days ofreceiving your item. Many sellerspost a condition rating system, but I sell so many different kinds ofcollectibles it’s difficult to standardize a system. Please be assured that my goal is to make youhappy with your purchase.

~ PAYMENT ~

I only acceptPaypal unless we have worked out another method. Sometimes things come up that cause aninability to pay. Please let me know anddon’t leave me wondering. If paymentisn’t received within a week, I will open an unpaid item case.

~ SHIPPING ~

Quick shippingis a priority. Most items go out thenext business day following your payment.I use USPS First Class or Priority Mail.I will also ship internationally, but the costs do get high even forsmall items. All treasures are securely packed and sometimes insured dependingon your preference or the value. If youfeel that the shipping cost is high, please bear in mind that shipping involvesmore than just the postage. It includes packaging materials and driving to thepost office. If there is a way to reduce your cost, I will try to do so.Combined purchases are welcome and will reduce postage fees. I want to workwith you to deliver your treasure in the fastest and safest way.
