Payment & Shipping Terms: PayPal only and payment is due within 3 days. Youritem will be carefully packed and shipped within 48 hours after payment isreceived (excluding weekends and holidays). We will gladly combine shipping onany items. All Texas State residents please add 8.25% sales tax or submit yourState of Texas sales tax certificate number.

Returns: If for any reason you are not happy with your item,simply return it in the original packaging within 14 days and we will give youa full refund. Postage and packaging will not be refunded. Refund of purchaseprice will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made.

Damages: Any damages incurred due to shipping mishandlingneeds to have claims filed with the Post Office. We are not responsible for that.We package items well and mark the box fragile if needed.

If there is an issue, please contact us within 24 hours ofreceipt of your item in a courteous and professional matter so we may reach amutually agreeable solution before leaving a negative feed. We mostly sellantiques, pre-owned clothing and accessories, and custom handmade items.Everything is used with the exception of the handmade items and they will notbe like new. Please keep this in mind, but we also make note of any defects orissues that we see.
