Made by Fred R. Belt Company, Chicago ILL. The twist-off base works great as does the water door and the water adjustment lever. All parts work fine. No flint so could not test the striker but it spins freely. Minimal corrosion and wear. Seems to have been hardly used. No dents but the reflector seems to have been pushed in a bit in the upper left side. The reflector is about 4 inches across. Very good condition. .
