This is a very early and rare WWII USGI original,Inland Division General Motors.Type-1 Recoil Plate. This recoil plate ismarked W.I. on the bottom on the tang,which iscorrect for these earlyInland recoil plates. You may have to use themagnifier - - but, it is there.Finish is theoriginal WWII Parkerized finish.This part is in Very Good+ to Excellent condition, showing slight wear as would be expected. This is the real deal - - not a copy or a fake! It\'s been stored in one of my parts boxes for well over 20 years now.The condition is clear in the photographs; however, please keep in mind that you are viewing the part magnifiedseveraltimes greater than normalsize. In nearly all cases, the part will look better than in the attached photographs.
