Shipping

• Add $0.99 for shipping each additional same item.
• All items will be shipped out within the next business day after payment cleared.
• Shipping insurance is included in the shipping and handling fee. If you received a damaged item, simply send us a photo to lights4grow@gmail.com, we will ship the replacement item immediately.
• Our official shipping carriers are CanadaPost and UPS standard service. Tracking number will be sent to your right after the shipping label is printed.
• US shipping rate is for 48 continental states only, buyers from HI, AK, PR have to pay higher shipping cost. Please check the rates with us first.
• Local pick up might be available, please contact us first.
• Any claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 48 hours after acceptance. Please inspect your order upon receiving.

Returns

• Unused items in its original packaging might be eligible for exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving, there is 20% restocking fee applies. Buyer will pay for the return shipping fees.
• Lamp is extremely fragile product, so please pack the item well before ship it back to us. Please note that if the item is damaged during the shipping back to us, it is not eligible for refund or exchange.
• Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable.
• To obtain repair or replacement, please contact us for RMA number before shipping back to us. Please provide eBay item number and your user ID.

Warranty

• All of our products are 100% brand new. Hobby Lights Oneshop warrants its products against defects due to workmanship or materials but not abuse, improper maintenance, disassembly of parts.
• We provide 3 months warranty on all of our products.
