All items are available to the general public on the showroom floor and are sold on a first-come-first-served basis. We represent several showrooms and do our best to keep our site updated with currently available inventory. Sometimes an item may sell from the showroom before we have the chance to remove it from . Local Delivery and Shipping
Local Delivery and Long Distance Shipping are available at an additional cost. As a courtesy we can provide you with shipping quotes from third-party providers. We do not add handling fees to shipping which means you pay actual shipping charges directly to the shipping provider. You may also arrange your own shipping with a company of your choice.
For a shipping quote, please email your Zip Code and give us 24 hours to respond. Insurance is required on all items to protect you from loss or damages incurred during shipping.
Purchased items are inspected before leaving the showroom floor, at which time any condition issues are noted. In rare cases, shipping damages can occur. If you receive an item which has sustained shipping damage, you must open a claim with the shipping company and contact us so that we can assist you through the process. We do not accept returns on items which are damaged during shipping.
Storage
We can store your purchased item for up to 14 business days, at no additional charge. If you require storage beyond 14 days, we can make arrangements at an additional cost.
Terms of Sale
Most items we sell are pre-owned, vintage or antiques. Normal signs of use should be expected which can include nicks, light rubs, or slight variations in color of wood or fabrics in addition to unrealized older repairs which were made before we received the item.Showroom samples may also have slight imperfections. We pride ourselves on providing high quality pictures and descriptions and will promptly answer any specific questions you may have about an item. We do our best to offer beautiful items that we would be proud to display in our own homes. We do not accept returns or cancellations on merchandise once it is shipped. All items are sold \"as is\" with no warranty.
