I have no way to keep up with the fact an item you return to me might not be the item I sold you, and believe me, I have had my share of people trying to RIP ME OFF. I also do not believe in the E-BAY SHIPPING CALCULATOR so the BUYER AGREES TO PAY ACUTAL SHIPPING AND PACKEGING COSTS, not the E-bay estimated costs ( which I find are often too high anyway ).
