Offered on a 7 day sale with .. Wow! This is a vintage Martin style 1 Tenor Ukulele in fantastic Condition. The Style 1 is the next trim level up from an 0 and they made far less Tenors than any other size. This one is most likely late 40\'s to mid 50\'s dating by the case. No \"Made in USA\" stamp. 12 Frets to body which was the norm until 1960.This thing is a great \"player\" with near perfect string height and excellent intonation. Punchy and LOUD, this little tone monster is seriously about as good as any mahogany uke gets!There\'s a dealer added label on the inside from Vine\'s Music and Radio in San Pedro California, in case you want to call and talk to them about it, their phone number is TE-2-0555. The Tuners have been replaced with Gotoh 4 to 1 planetary tuners that are far easier to use than the original black Champion friction tuners, but the originals will be included. Also the original solid black bridge pins have been replaced with Ivoriod w Black dot, which match up perfectly with the tuners. The original Bull\'s Head case (by Harptone) is in great shape and will also be included.
