• All RecoverToy boxes are printed on white card stock and include our logo on the inside flaps to clearly identify them as a COPY / Reproduction.
• Can\'t find the box you want ? Just ask, we probably have it!

Postage

• All packets are now sent with tracking, it costs a bit more, but we combine multiple items for the same flat rate.
• Order more items and we do not add anything extra. The highest post cost item is the flat rate you pay.
• Combined post? Yes. Just use the \"Add to Cart\" option and do not place separate orders.
• New International Post guidelines do not allow us to use letter post. Small Packet post is the minimum.
• Deliveries to some countries may still take longer due to COVID delays, regardless of the \'estimated delivery dates\'.
• Please be patient, we post all items as soon as possible, and once posted the package is out of our control.

Payments

• Paypal is still our preferred payment option world-wide.
• In Australia Direct Bank Deposits are also accepted. Our Bank Details are available during checkout - you might need to click a link to get them.

Returns Policy

• Our products are all reproduction items and will vary from the original in some aspects.
• We accept returns for items even if you just \"ordered the wrong model\".
• All returns must be confirmed with a Return Authorisation number.
• We have Return depot addresses in Europe, UK, USA, and Australia.
• We will provide the appropriate address with the Return Authorisation details.
• Buyer pays for return postage costs.
