As the brief description above says this has been rebuilt, but it does have some minor surface rust on the front plate (was like that before rebuild) the inside is kind of dusty from sitting unused after the rebuild, all tubes and capacitors were replaced with brand new ones.  All functions on this Amp work and it is in great shape other than the light surface rust on the front.  Took the top cover off and did a light dust cleaning on it but there\'s still plenty of dust so when you get it I would recommend you do a professional cleaning.
