Early 60s cart. Was if I remember right 1964 pa champ cart. Steering is free and rolls fine with working brake. Honestly don\'t know a thing about it other than the one tire has a dent from hanging in rafters of a barn for 28 years!!! Has not been cleaned and is 100% barn find!!!! Delivery up to 400 miles at $1 a loaded mile to be paid b4 delivery. Local pick up otherwise and $100 or balance due at end of sale with pay pal. SHIPPING ICON WILL NOT GO AWAY SO ITS PICK UP OR DELIVERY UP TO 400 miles at $1 a loaded mile. Honestly unsure of brand. Told by another member it\'s a SIMPLEX cart late 50s early 60s also just told it\'s missing gas tank and steering wheel is not original and may have some welds?
